The Associated Press reports that the U.S. will not be taking North Korea’s planned April 12-16th rocket launch lightly, and that this new plan coming out of Pyongyang would invalidate any agreements made between the two countries with regards to aid:
After Friday’s surprise announcement, the United States warned it would not send food aid to North Korea if it goes ahead with the long-range rocket launch, and U.N. Security Council members said it may violate sanctions. (Full Article: The Associated Press)
